If you are considering placing an order with kuka-me, we'd like to thank you for your interest. This page specifies the terms and conditions governing our delivery policy.

We dispatch 'in stock' orders the next working day from receipt of order. We will deliver as soon as possible within 4 working days. 'Made to order' items have varying processing times. All orders are sent using a signed for and trackable service.

You will receive a confirmation email once your parcel has been dispatched specifying an estimated delivery date. Delivery costs and times, estimated from the date of dispatch, are indicated below.
We would like to assure you that we will always endeavor to deliver parcels on time. However, delivery times are given for general guidance only, and circumstances beyond our reasonable control may prevent punctual delivery.

Please ensure that the delivery address you provide in the checkout process is accurate and that there will be someone available at the address to receive and sign for the delivery.

It may not be possible for us to deliver to some locations. If we receive an order with a delivery address that cannot be reached by the delivery companies we use, you will be notified promptly and we may cancel the purchase agreement in this case. Please note, we are not able to deliver to countries that are not listed , PO Boxes or military bases.

DELIVERY WITHIN THE UK

Postage and packaging costs: £9.00
Deliveries are made by Royal Mail Special Delivery, and arrive before 1pm on the following working day. We aim to dispatch orders within two working days of the date upon which they were placed. Therefore the next day delivery time is from the date of dispatch, not the date the order is placed. You will receive a confirmation email when your order has been finished and dispatched.

DELIVERY OVERSEAS

Delivery costs £15.00 per order. We use Royal Mail International Tracked service. Delivery times are estimated at 5-9 working days from date of dispatch

RETURNS

We endeavour to ensure that you are totally satisfied with our products and services. However, you may return unworn and undamaged goods for refund or exchange, free of charge, within 14 days of the delivery date.
