You can print invoices and order/dispatch confirmations, and view the status of any transactions you have made, at any time, by logging into your account. Please retain all written correspondence with us for your records.
3. PLACING AN ORDER
When you place an order, you are placing an offer of payment in return for goods. A binding contract of sale, or purchase agreement is only formed once an order is accepted online, and you receive a 'order confirmation' email. Orders are accepted at our sole discretion. If, in exceptional circumstances, we are unable to fulfill an order we have accepted, we will notify you by email and cancel the agreement.
The prices on our website are displayed in British pounds although prices in US dollars or Euros may be viewed by selecting them on the currency conversion button on the left-hand side of the screen. For orders placed in the United Kingdom (UK) or the European Union (EU), Value Added Tax (VAT), currently charged at 20% will be added at checkout; appropriate taxes will be added for all other locations. Please refer to the "Shipping and Returns" page for postage and packaging prices. Prices are set in British pounds and the prices in US dollars and Euros are pegged to the pound. We endeavour to set fair and competitive prices, which may be altered occasionally.
6. CANCELLING AN ORDER
If you would like to cancel an order before it has been dispatched, please contact us as soon as possible, by emailing email@example.com, and quoting the cardholder's name, the billing address and the order reference number, shown on your order confirmation. If your order has already been dispatched, please follow the instructions for returns, shown below.
Once we dispatch your order, we will send you an email confirming dispatch and receipt of payment. Payment is accepted from all major debit and credit cards via PayPal or Google checkout mechanisms, as specified on the payment page of the checkout process. Payment is accepted in British pounds sterling.
Please see our "Shipping and Returns" page for details about delivery times, costs and locations. We hope that you are completely satisfied with our products and services, and we will endeavour to ensure this is the case. However, you may make a return for refund or exchange, free of charge, within 14 days of the delivery date, only if goods are returned unworn and undamaged in the original packaging. Please note, you have a legal obligation to keep goods in your possession until returned - except in the case of gifts, and to take reasonable care of the goods when they are in your possession. Please kindly store your item/s in the soft cloth pouch provided, to protect them from light, hard surfaces and dust. For hygiene reasons we are unable to accept returns of earrings with posts for pierced ears, unless they were damaged or defective at the time of delivery and we have been notified of this upon receipt of goods. Please contact us at email@example.com to make a return. Making a return does not affect your statutory rights. If you wish to return a gift, or have received a damaged item, or an item in error, please refer to the relevant sections below. A refund of the price of returned goods will be made to the purchaser's account once we receive the returned item/s. If you would like to make an exchange and the purchase price of an item you select for exchange differs from the original purchase price of the returned item/s, the purchaser's account will be credited or charged to make up the difference.
10. RETURNING A GIFT
If you wish, you may return a gift free of charge within 14 days of the delivery date if it is returned undamaged and unworn. A refund can be made to the original purchaser upon request. We cannot refund or credit the account of a gift recipient. Alternatively, we can exchange the gift if it is returned undamaged and unworn within 14 days of the delivery date. If the purchase price amounts to less than the original purchase price of the gift, the difference will be refunded to the gift purchaser at their request or given in the form of a gift card to the gift recipient or purchaser. If the purchase price of an item chosen for exchange, amounts to more than the purchase price of the original gift, the difference will be charged to the gift recipient or the gift purchaser subject to their request. If you prefer, you can request a gift certificate, at the full value of the gift as an alternative to making an exchange. Gift cards are redeemable at any time of year but expire after 6 months. If you wish to return a gift, we request that you keep the goods in your possession until you return them and to take reasonable care of the goods when they are in your possession. Making a return does not affect your statutory rights.
11. DAMAGED ITEMS
If you receive an item in error, or faulty goods, please accept our sincere apologies, and follow the instructions contained in your parcel to make a free return. Upon receiving the faulty item we will dispatch a replacement item. If a replacement is unavailable you may request a different product of similar value or a refund. We reserve the right to determine whether an item is faulty, and therefore whether a return can be accepted for refund or exchange after 14 days from the delivery date. Making a return does not affect your statutory rights.
12. JEWELLERY CARE
In order to keep your jewellery in beautiful condition, we recommend that you store your pieces in the soft cloth pouches provided, when they are not being worn. Please keep them dry and remove them when washing, swimming or cleaning with chemical agents. These measures will help to protect them from light, dust, moisture, hard surfaces and chemical abrasion, and will prevent jewellery from becoming scratched, tarnished, discoloured or accumulating bacteria. If a piece does become slightly tarnished over time, you can clean it by gently rubbing it with a soft cloth, a little water and a drop of washing up liquid, and then drying it thoroughly before use.
13.OUR RIGHT TO CANCEL
We reserve the right to cancel the contract between you and us if we have insufficient stock to deliver the goods you have ordered. We might also cancel your order if one or more of the items you ordered was listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or an error in the pricing information received by us from our suppliers.
If we do cancel your contract we will notify you by email or by telephone, and will re-credit to your account any sum deducted by us from your credit card as soon as possible but in any event within 30 days of your order. We will not be obliged to offer any additional compensation for disappointment suffered.
